On October 14 and 15, 2022, artists invited by the textile manufacturer Maharam partnered with the National AIDS Memorial and the New York City AIDS Memorial on a series of free public workshops at the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York, to mark the thirty-fifth anniversary of the AIDS Memorial Quilt.
