Making Crayons on Kid Made Modern

I am currently featured on Todd Oldham’s Kid Made Modern blog! In a video filmed at my apartment by Kiera Coffee, I show you how to make crayon casts of your fingers.

Kid Made Modern started in 2009 as a response to the diminishing art programs in schools. The book, Kid Made Modern, aims to demystify art materials and technique through instructions for projects based on modern artists such as Alexander Girard and Isamu Noguchi. Kid Made Modern has expanded to include really cool art supplies and activity kits now available at all Target stores.

I especially love their Bat and Skull CrayonsEerie Eyeball Light Kit, and Duct Tape Kits.
